Lyra is an AI-powered music composition application that generates original audio tracks based on user input such as mood, genre, or natural language descriptions.

By using Lyra, you agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the underlying AI model or algorithms.
  • Abuse or deliberately overload the service infrastructure.
  • Redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit AI-generated tracks without prior written permission from AI Innovators.

4. AI-Generated Content Ownership

Audio tracks generated by Lyra in response to your prompts are yours for personal, non-commercial use. You may share them freely for personal purposes. AI Innovators retains the right to use anonymized generation data (without your personal information) to train and improve the service.

5. No Warranty

The Lyra service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Innovators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Lyra service.
